WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES NEAR JAMES BAY WILL MOVE
INCHES NORTHEAST TO NORTHERN QUEBEC THIS EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE
