WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER MISSOURI WILL LIFT
TO SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN BY THE PRE-DAWN HOURS...THEN FILL AS IT
SHIFTS INTO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE
OF 30.2 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
TUESDAY NIGHT AND WILL SHIFT TO THE MID ATLANTIC COAST THURSDAY.
LOW PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY ORGANIZE AND MOVE LITTLE ACROSS THE
