WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD 30.1 INCH HIGH SPANS ACROSS ONTARIO AND QUEBEC
WHILE AN ELONGATED 29.9 INCH LOW STRETCHES FROM THE CENTRAL
PLAINS ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY. THE LOW WILL CONSOLIDATE OVER THE
OHIO VALLEY LATE THIS EVENING AND DEEPEN TO 29.7 INCHES...THEN
MOVE TO NEW ENGLAND BY MIDDAY SUNDAY AT 29.5 INCHES.
MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES WILL STRETCH FROM
THE CENTRAL PLAINS SATURDAY NORTHEAST INTO THE GREAT LAKES.
ANOTHER LOW OF 29.7 INCHES WILL MOVE INTO ONTARIO SUNDAY...THEN
SLOWLY MOVE ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES MONDAY AND TUESDAY. HIGH
PRESSURE WILL MOVE OVER THE LAKE ON WEDNESDAY.
