WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 INCH HIGH IS OVER THE DAKOTAS WITH ITS RIDGE
EXTENDING TO THE GULF COAST. THIS HIGH WILL SHIFT TOWARDS THE
CENTRAL ATLANTIC COAST TONIGHT. MEANWHILE...A 30.0 INCH LOW WILL
SHIFT EASTWARD ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES...AND DRIVE AN ARTIC
COLD FRONT DOWN THE LAKE FRIDAY MORNING. A STRONG 30.9 INCH HIGH
WILL THEN BUILD OVER THE PLAINS BY FRIDAY EVENING...THEN SHIFT
EASTWARD OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES SATURDAY EVENING WHILE
WEAKENING SLIGHTLY TO 30.6 INCHES. THE HIGH WILL BECOME CENTERED
OVER THE CENTRAL ATLANTIC COAST BY SUNDAY NIGHT.
