IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...EXPANSIVE HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES WILL
CONTINUE TO LARGELY PREVAIL ACROSS EASTERN CANADA AND INTO THE
GREAT LAKES REGION GOING FORWARD INTO THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. A COLD
