WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES NEAR LAKE ERIE WILL
WEAKEN AND DRIFT SOUTHWARD TOWARD THE MID-ATLANTIC INTO TONIGHT.
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES WILL APPROACH FROM THE MIDWEST ON
TUESDAY AND DROP A COLD FRONT SOUTHWARD ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. THE
FRONT WILL LIFT BACK NORTHWARD LATE WEDNESDAY AS ANOTHER LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM...29.6 INCHES...MOVES INTO THE REGION FROM THE
CENTRAL PLAINS.
