WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES ALONG THE ATLANTIC COAST
WILL SHIFT OFF THE MID ATLANTIC REGION TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL THEN
SLOWLY LIFT NORTH TO THE NEW ENGLAND COAST BY TUESDAY NIGHT. A
WEAK RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL BUILD
ACROSS THE MIDDLE AND UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TONIGHT AND THEN
CONTINUE EAST ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN TUESDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4
INCHES WILL DROP OUT OF THE CENTRAL ROCKIES LATE TONIGHT AND TRACK
ACROSS SOUTHERN WISCONSIN EARLY WEDNESDAY AND THEN PROCEED
NORTHEAST ACROSS CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THE LOW
IS EXPECTED TO LIFT NORTHEAST TO LAKE HURON WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
