NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

  WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...THE STRONGEST OF WHICH MAY PRODUCE:
   WINDS GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
   OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
   LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.

  AREAS AFFECTED AND TIMING:

   ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN
   ILLINOIS INTO NORTHWEST INDIANA THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.

  DISCUSSION:

   A VERY MOIST AIRMASS IS OVERHEAD BUT INSTABILITY IS LACKING.
   THEREFORE ONLY EXPECTING ISOLATED STRONG STORMS THROUGH THIS
   EVENING. ANY STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY DOWNPOURS DUE
   TO THE HIGH MOISTURE CONTENT. THE STRONGEST STORMS MAY PRODUCE
   GUSTY WINDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

THERE WILL BE A LOW CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS WEDNESDAY...THEN
PERIODIC CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SATURDAY.

DANGEROUS SWIMMING CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY AT ILLINOIS AND INDIANA
BEACHES SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.
