AT 1012 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS FROM 26 NM WEST OF WILMETTE
HARBOR TO 49 NM WEST OF NORTHERLY ISLAND...MOVING EAST AT 45 KNOTS.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...

  NORTHERLY ISLAND AROUND 1100 AM CDT.
  CALUMET HARBOR AROUND 1110 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE HARBOR UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

BOATERS ON LAKE MICHIGAN SHOULD PLAN FOR AN ABRUPT WIND SHIFT
ASSOCIATED WITH THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW.  WIND DIRECTION SHOULD
ABRUPTLY SHIFT FROM SOUTHEASTERLY TO NORTHWESTERLY WITH GUSTS UP TO
