  EVENING...EASING TO 25 KT THURSDAY.

* SIGNIFICANT WAVES...TO 10 FT ACROSS THE INDIANA WATERS AND 7 FT
  ACROSS THE ILLINOIS WATERS.

* OCCASIONAL WAVES...TO 13 FT ACROSS THE INDIANA WATERS AND TO 9
  FT ACROSS THE ILLINOIS WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 22 TO 33 KNOTS AND/OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FT WILL PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR
SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING
SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
