* IMPACTS...TEMPERATURES AND MOISTURE THIS HIGH COULD LEAD TO
  HEAT RELATED ILLNESSES WITH PROLONGED EXPOSURE. THE ELDERLY...
  SMALL CHILDREN AND PETS ARE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE. PLAN
