A CHILLING AIR MASS FOR MID-NOVEMBER STANDARDS HAS ENVELOPED THE
AREA. THIS CHILL ONLY LOOKS TO BE REINFORCED EARLY NEXT WEEK. THE
FORECAST THROUGH AT LEAST NEXT TUESDAY HAS THE AREA REMAINING
BELOW 40 DEGREES.

THIS WOULD BE ONE OF THE EARLIEST STRETCHES OF REMAINING BELOW 40
DEGREES FOR A WEEK OR LONGER ON RECORD.

CHICAGO HAS ONLY SEEN SIX OTHER STRETCHES OF SUB 40 FOR THIS LONG
SO EARLY IN THE COOL SEASON. THOSE STRETCHES WERE:
