SKIES WERE CLOUDY ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA
AT MIDDAY...WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 30S TO LOW 40S. WINDS
WERE BREEZY FROM THE WEST...GUSTING AS HIGH AS 25 MPH.

THE WEATHER WILL REMAIN QUIET FOR A MAJORITY OF THE DAYTIME HOURS.
TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL REACH INTO THE MID 40S ALONG THE
ILLINOIS WISCONSIN BORDER TO THE LOW 50S SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80.
A COLD FRONT WILL DROP SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE REGION
TONIGHT...BRINGING ANOTHER CHANCE FOR LIGHT RAIN. COLDER AIR WILL
RETURN ON THURSDAY AND HIGHS WILL ONLY REACH INTO THE LOW TO MID
40S. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SNOW
TO THE AREA THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN MOVE INTO THE
UPPER MIDWEST ON FRIDAY...BRINGING QUIET WEATHER FOR THE FIRST
HALF OF THE WEEKEND.
