THIS MORNING...AND THE RAIN HAS MOVED OFF TO THE NORTHEAST. 24
HOUR RAINFALL TOTALS WERE UNDER HALF AN INCH ACROSS THE AREA.
MORNING LOWS WERE IN THE LOW TO MID 30S.

THE WEATHER WILL REMAIN QUIET FOR A MAJORITY OF THE DAYTIME HOURS.
TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL REACH INTO THE MID 40S ALONG THE
ILLINOIS WISCONSIN BORDER TO AROUND 60 DEGREES SOUTH OF INTERSTATE
80. A COLD FRONT WILL DROP SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE REGION
TONIGHT...BRINGING ANOTHER CHANCE FOR LIGHT RAIN. COLDER AIR WILL
RETURN ON THURSDAY AND HIGHS WILL ONLY REACH INTO THE LOW TO MID
40S. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SNOW
TO THE AREA THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN MOVE INTO THE
UPPER MIDWEST ON FRIDAY...BRINGING QUIET WEATHER FOR THE FIRST
HALF OF THE WEEKEND.
