HIGH PRESSURE STRETCHES FROM THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY INTO
THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY AND EASTERN GREAT LAKES THIS EVENING WHILE
LOW PRESSURE LIES OVER ONTARIO WITH A COLD FRONT STRETCHING NORTH
INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS. AS A RESULT SKIES HAVE RANGED FROM CLOUDY
TO SUNNY ACROSS NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA. LATE
AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER 50S TO THE MID 60S.

THE FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO SWEEP SOUTHEASTWARD ACROSS THE
REGION THROUGH THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT HOURS...BRINGING A VERY
SLIGHT CHANCE OF WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND FOG TO PORTIONS OF THE
AREA. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN MOVE INTO THE REGION FOR SATURDAY
AND SUNDAY BRINGING DRY WEATHER...PLENTY OF SUNSHINE AND SEASONAL
TEMPERATURES. HIGHS ON SATURDAY WILL BE IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOWER
70S. FOR SATURDAY TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 60S. THE NEXT CHANCE
FOR RAIN WILL BE LATE SUNDAY NIGHT.
