SKIES WERE CLOUDY ACROSS ALL OF NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST
INDIANA EARLY THIS EVENING...AND THE SNOW HAS ENDED ACROSS THE
AREA. HIGH TEMPERATURES WERE AROUND 20 DEGREES BELOW
NORMAL...ONLY REACHING THE LOW 30S.

THE WEATHER WILL BE QUIET TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING...THEN THE
NEXT WEATHER SYSTEM MOVES INTO THE REGION FROM THE SOUTHWEST. THIS
WILL BRING A CHANCE OF RAIN FOR MOST OF THE AREA BY LATE TUESDAY
AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY NIGHT WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF SOME
THUNDERSTORMS. THEN ANOTHER QUIET PERIOD ON WEDNESDAY AS A WARM
FRONT BRINGS TEMPERATURES IN THE 50S NORTH...TO THE LOW 60S SOUTH
OF INTERSTATE 80. ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM PUSHES THROUGH THE REGION
WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY FOLLOWED BY A COLD FRONT...BRINGING
ANOTHER CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY
NIGHT. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO THE 40S FOR THURSDAY AND
INTO THE 30S FOR FRIDAY.
