SKIES WILL REMAIN MOSTLY CLOUDY TUESDAY NIGHT...ALONG WITH
CONTINUED BREEZY CONDITIONS. LOWS BY EARLY WEDNESDAY WILL BE IN
THE LOWER TO MID 20S. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN PROVIDE MAINLY DRY
BUT SEASONABLY COLD CONDITIONS ON WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
