SKIES WERE PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND
NORTHWEST INDIANA AT MIDDAY. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE MID TO UPPER
50S WITH WESTERLY WINDS AROUND 10 MPH.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES FOR THE REMAINDER
OF THE WORK WEEK WITH SLOWLY WARMING TEMPERATURES. HIGHS THIS
AFTERNOON WILL REACH INTO THE MID 60S WITH PLENTY OF SUNSHINE.
HIGHS ON FRIDAY WILL BE IN THE MID 60S TO LOWER 70S...BUT ONSHORE
WINDS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES IN THE LOW TO MID 50S ALONG THE
LAKEFRONT. FOR THE WEEKEND...SATURDAY LOOKS TO BE DRY WITH HIGHS
IN THE LOW TO MID 70S...AND COOLER TEMPERATURES NEAR THE LAKE. THE
NEXT CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE ON SUNDAY AS
LOW PRESSURE APPROACHES THE MIDWEST. HIGHS ON SUNDAY WILL BE IN
THE LOW TO MID 70S.
