DURING THE MORNING HOURS...LIGHT WINDS AND SUNNY SKIES PREVAILED
OVER THE NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA REGION.
TEMPERATURES CLIMBED OUT OF THE EARLY MORNING 60S INTO THE UPPER 70S
TO LOW 80S BY LATE MORNING.

THIS AFTERNOON...HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE REGION
WITH SUNSHINE AND LIGHT WINDS AS SEASONAL TEMPERATURES TOP OUT
MAINLY IN THE MID 80S.

CLEAR AND CALM CONDITIONS WILL BE ON TAP TONIGHT...WITH TEMPERATURES
SETTLING BACK INTO THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 60S.

AS THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES FURTHER EASTWARD FRIDAY...DRY
CONDITIONS WITH PLENTY OF SUNSHINE WILL CONTINUE AS TEMPERATURES
WARM AGAIN INTO THE MID 80S. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION IS
LATE FRIDAY NIGHT WITH THE APPROACH OF A COLD FRONT.
