SKIES WERE MOSTLY SUNNY ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND
NORTHWEST INDIANA THIS MORNING. MORNING LOWS DIPPED INTO THE 50S
WITH CALM WINDS.

A WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES WILL
GRADUALLY SHIFT EAST TODAY. A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE UPPER
MIDWEST WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS ILLINOIS AND INDIANA BY MONDAY.
AS THIS SYSTEM APPROACHES THE MIDWEST TODAY...SKIES WILL INCREASE
IN CLOUDINESS...AND THE CHANCES FOR RAIN WILL ALSO INCREASE. THERE
IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR RAIN THIS MORNING ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL
ILLINOIS...BUT THE BETTER CHANCE FOR RAIN ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA
WILL BE THIS AFTERNOON. HIGHS TODAY WILL BE IN THE MID TO UPPER
70S. THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF MONDAY
AS THE LOW MOVES ACROSS THE AREA. HIGHS ON MONDAY WILL BE IN THE
LOW TO MID 70S.
