SKIES WERE MOSTLY SUNNY ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST
INDIANA THIS MORNING. AFTER MORNING LOWS IN THE MID 50S TO LOW
60S...TEMPERATURES HAVE RISEN INTO THE MID 60S.

HIGH PRESSURE IS LOCATED OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST. A DRY NORTHERLY
FLOW ACROSS THE REGION WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES COOLER THAN NORMAL.
HIGHS TODAY WILL ONLY REACH INTO THE LOW TO MID 70S. WINDS WILL
TURN SOUTHERLY FRIDAY SO MOST OF THE AREA WILL SEE HIGHS IN THE
UPPER 70S TO LOW 80S. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL BE ON FRIDAY
NIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
