* TIMING...FREEZING RAIN...POSSIBLY MIXED WITH SNOW OR SLEET...
  WILL SPREAD NORTHEAST DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. LIGHT
  GLAZING FROM FREEZING RAIN IS MOST LIKELY ACROSS THE NORTHERN
  HALF OF THE CHICAGO METRO AREA...PRIMARILY NORTH OF THE
  INTERSTATE 88 CORRIDOR. PRECIPITATION SHOULD TRANSITION TO ALL
  RAIN BY AROUND NOON.

* MAIN IMPACT...ICE ACCUMULATION OF LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH.

* OTHER IMPACTS...ACCUMULATION OF ICE ON UNTREATED ROADS WILL
