The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Craighead County in eastern Arkansas...
  Northern Poinsett County in eastern Arkansas...
  Northwestern Mississippi County in eastern Arkansas...

* Until 100 AM CDT.

* At 1218 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Greenfield,
  or 9 miles southwest of Jonesboro, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Jonesboro, Osceola, Trumann, Manila, Lake City, Leachville, Bay,
  Brookland, Monette, Caraway, Weiner, Cash, Waldenburg, Greenfield,
  Little River, Etowah, Black Oak, Victoria, Jolliff Store, and Apt.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
storm shelter or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for eastern
Arkansas...and southeastern Missouri.
