* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Onslow, East Carteret, Mainland Dare, Mainland
  Hyde, Pamlico, Southern Craven, and West Carteret Counties, and
  Hatteras Island, Northern Outer Banks, and Ocracoke Island.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
