Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
one third of the waves, along with the occasional height of the
average highest ten percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Poor to hazardous boating conditions are expected
to continue tonight with southwest to northwest winds at 15 to 25
knots and seas up to 7 feet across the offshore waters. The cold
front will continue to move across the local Atlantic waters
overnight, with lingering showers ahead of the front continuing to
move offshore over the next couple of hours. Drier conditions
resume Friday as high pressure builds over the region into the
weekend with boating conditions expected to gradually improve.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots becoming
west-northwest late, with seas 5 to 7 feet overnight.
