.DISCUSSION...Scattered showers are expected today mainly along
and west of I-65, then for Tuesday isolated to scattered showers
and storms are expected over interior southeast Mississippi and
interior southwestern Alabama. Afternoon relative humidity
values remain above critical levels. Transport winds will be
mostly southerly to southeasterly today and Tuesday, and
dispersion index values will be fair to good.

Fog potential and other remarks...Fog development is not
anticipated tonight.
