.DISCUSSION...For the Miller Overrun/CACTV, skies will be mostly
sunny today with a few high clouds moving through from west to
east midday. This will allow highs today to be in the upper 50s to
low 60s. Dry conditions are expected, with relative humidity
values in the low 60s this morning and falling into the low 30
percent range by the afternoon. Winds will be southerly at 5-10 MPH.
