...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Most of the smaller creeks and streams have subsided from
  yesterdays rainfall, but runoff continues to move through the
  larger creeks and rivers and water level rises are still occurring
  in some areas. These water levels should peak this evening,
  especially along the East Fork Stones River and the West Fork
  Stones River.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  county, Rutherford.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 206 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Nolensville, Walterhill,
    Eagleville, Christiana, Rockvale, Lascassas, Fosterville and
    Milton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
