At the beginning of the burn time, winds will be light and out of
the southeast. winds will veer throughout the day and become
south-southeasterly by mid afternoon, increasing gradually to
10-15 mph. RHs will gradually decrease throughout the day and will
get down into the upper 20s by the afternoon.
