...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN WHITE...WEST
CENTRAL VANDERBURGH AND CENTRAL POSEY COUNTIES THROUGH 1145 PM CDT...

At 1121 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of New Harmony, or 8 miles northwest of Mount Vernon,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Evansville, Blairsville, and Maunie.

This includes Interstate 64 in Indiana near Mile Marker 16.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for southeastern
Illinois...and southwestern Indiana.
