.Discussion...
Latest satellite and upper air data shows a southeast breeze up
to 20 mph in the area. Current model trends holds these winds
in the area through Saturday night before turning east. Moisture
embedded within the trade wind flow is possible for this time. An
uptick in showers is later expected Saturday as winds turn east.
Expect scattered showers tonight becoming numerous overnight
through Saturday morning.

Thereafter, easterly trades will dominate through the new week.
Model trends show a brief period of a light wind Sunday through
Monday. However, winds will strengthen again Tuesday through
Wednesday with the upcoming trade wind season. By the end of the
forecast period, a trough will move in the area Friday..Expect
widespread showers associated with the trough.

.Marine...
Wave heights of 6 to 8 feet are currently observed via satellite
as trade winds build over the territory. Expect seas to remain in
small craft advisory thresholds through the new week due to the
aforementioned trades. No significant swells are expected within
the forecast period.
