.Short term...
TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...A weak surface trough to the east
of Manu`a will materialize showers to numerous on Wednesday
morning. As this trough pass west of the islands in the afternoon,
showers will then subside to scattered through Thursday night. The
ridge to the southeast will hold gentle east winds over the
islands through Thursday night.

.Long term...
FRIDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...Another trough up north will increase
showers to numerous on Friday night. As the trough passes west,
showers will again become scattered on the weekend and into the
new week. A low pressure will move south of the islands on Monday
while continuing southeast. This will diminish winds to light flow
in the beginning of the new week.

.Marine...
Seas have subsided 5 to 7 feet and will persist through Sunday.
With a trough migrating south of the islands, seas will further
subside 4 to 6 feet on Sunday. This will continue through Tuesday
of the new week.
