Forecast is based on ignition time of 0800 PDT on May 09.

.DISCUSSION...High pressure will support warm and sunny conditions
even along the immediate coast today and Friday as offshore flow
helps to suppress the marine layer and keeps marine stratus offshore.
Expect gusty north winds along the coast this afternoon, with lighter
winds expected for Friday as high pressure moves directly overhead.
Expect the marine influence to return by the weekend as the thermal
trough shifts inland and opens the door to renewed onshore flow.
