.DISCUSSION...

* There will be chance for thunderstorms Monday with chances
  retreating to the crest Tuesday. Storms Tuesday will favor
  moving to the west side late in the day. Winds will be light
  except for gusty outflow winds to 40 mph vicinity of storms.

* Much warmer and drier mid to late week with temperatures 10-15
  degrees above normal. Humidity recoveries will become poor for
  mid slopes beginning Tuesday night as thermal belts develop.

.MONDAY...

Sky/Weather.........Sunny then becoming mostly cloudy in the
                     afternoon. A 30% chance of showers and
                     thunderstorms starting as early as noon but
                     more likely after 2 pm.
Temperature.........58-63 at ignition...Max 66-71.
RH..................32-38% at ignition...Min 22-26%.
20-Foot Winds.......Winds upslope 3-8 mph then shifting to the
                     west 7-12 mph with gusts to 20 mph after
                     2 pm. Gusty and erratic winds near storms.

Chc Wetting Rain....20%.
Mixing Height.......3000-3500 ft agl late morning rising to
                     5200-5800 ft agl in the afternoon.
Transport Winds.....Northeast winds 5-10 mph becoming southwest
