...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in West
Virginia...Ohio...

  Ohio River At Willow Island Lock affecting Tyler, Washington,
  Wood and Pleasants Counties.

For the Ohio River...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Willow Island Lock.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 37.0 feet, Ohio State Route 7, Township Road 443, and
  Township Road 19 at Newell Run and Lenards Landing floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 38.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 5:00 AM EDT Sunday was 38.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tonight.
  - Flood stage is 37.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    38.5 feet on 03/13/2011.
