...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM AST MONDAY...

* WHAT...River flooding caused by excessive rainfall and runoff is
  expected.

* WHERE...Along Rio Blanco in Naguabo.

* WHEN...Until 500 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
  earlier rainfall and will continue for the next several hours as
  additional showers impact the area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1107 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. USGS
    river sensor is also indicating that Rio Blanco is in Action
    Stage and continue to rise. Flooding is ongoing or expected
    to begin shortly in the warned area.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in
    the warned area. Flooding is occurring along the Rio Blanco.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
