At 931 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line northwest of St. Croix, moving southeast at 10 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
