heavy rain mostly in Madison county in Arkansas. Movement was to the
east at greater than 40 mph. The average amount where it rained last
hour was around one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of three
quarters to around an inch. Coverage and intensity decreased during
the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for early this morning,
mostly sunny, temperatures 62 to 69 degrees with west winds up to 10
mph.
