SOLUTIONS SHOW THIS RIDGE DOMINATING WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS THE
ISLANDS THROUGH WEDNESDAY...BEFORE A SURFACE TROUGH TO THE WEST
MOVES CLOSER TO THE ISLANDS...INCREASING THE POSSIBILITY OF SHOWERS
AND CLOUDS STREAMING ACROSS THE TERRITORY BY THURSDAY.
