PRECIPITATION AT DULUTH MN...

DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 25.9 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 59 DEGREES ON THE 28TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS
