MARATHON CONTINUED TO OBSERVE ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES DURING THE
MONTH OF OCTOBER WITH AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 81.2F OR 0.5F ABOVE
NORMAL. THIS RANKED AS THE 3RD WARMEST OCTOBER ON RECORD. SEASON TO
DATE, MARATHON HAS OBSERVED AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 83.3F, WHICH
IS GOOD ENOUGH TO TIE AS THE 5TH WARMEST FALL ON RECORD.

AFTER AN ABNORMALLY DRY SEPTEMBER, RAINFALL TOTALS BOUNCED BACK WITH
A SURPLUS OF 2.88 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL IN OCTOBER, OR 7.66 INCHES.
THIS STANDS AS THE 5TH WETTEST OCTOBER ON RECORD. THIS SURPLUS IN
RAINFALL HELPED BRING THE SEASONAL TOTAL UP TO 11.19 INCHES, OR 1.32
INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
