Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold has moved into South Texas and will pass
through the lower Texas coastal waters after midnight tonight.
Strong north winds and building seas are expected Wednesday
through Wednesday night. Small Craft Advisories go into effect
late tonight with a few wind gusts possibly reaching Gale-force.
Much improved marine conditions are likely Thursday into the
weekend as high pressure dominates.
