STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS SHOULD DEVELOP BEHIND THE FRONT THIS
MORNING. WINDS AND SEAS SHOULD DECREASE LATER THIS AFTERNOON.
ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL PUSH OFF THE COAST FRIDAY NIGHT INTO
SATURDAY. STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH BUILDING
