.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate offshore winds will diminish this evening. Below low normal
water levels over the upper reaches of the bays should in turn
return toward normal this evening. Easterly to southeasterly winds
should resume Monday and Tuesday as high pressure moves off to the
east. The next cold front will push off the coast Tuesday  night or
early Wednesday morning.
