1029 PM CDT TUE SEP 30 2014

.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
LIGHT TO MODERATE ONSHORE WINDS WILL PREVAIL THE NEXT FEW DAYS AS
LOW PRESSURE CONTINUES TO DEEPEN OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE NEXT
COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO PUSH OFFSHORE EARLY FRIDAY. WINDS WILL
LIKELY REACH CAUTION LEVELS ACROSS THE OFFSHORE WATERS BEFORE AND
AFTER THE FRONTAL PASSAGE AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT TIGHTENS ACROSS
THE REGION. NORTHEAST WINDS SHOULD DECREASE AND TURN TO THE
SOUTHEAST BY SUNDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST OF THE UPPER TEXAS
COAST.
