.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
LIGHT TO LOCALLY MODERATE WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TODAY AS A
WEAKENING FRONT APPROACHES THE AREA. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD
BEHIND THE FRONT AND MODERATE TO FRESH TRADE WINDS WILL FILL IN
AS THE FRONT PASSES KAUAI TONIGHT AND OAHU MONDAY. INCREASED WINDS
WILL THEN FILL IN DOWN THE ISLAND CHAIN AS THE FRONT STALLS AND
DISSIPATES OVER THE EASTERN PORTION OF THE STATE BY MIDWEEK.
