.SYNOPSIS...
Surface ridging will remain just south of the area through
Wednesday. Conditions will be favorable for dense sea fog near  the
coast Tonight through Wednesday morning. A cold front will  approach
the local waters late Wednesday with an increase in  offshore flow
preceding the front. Winds will shift onshore  behind the front
Thursday as high pressure builds northeast of  the region.
