Hydrologic Outlook
National Weather Service Las Vegas NV
757 AM PDT Mon May 22 2017

...Increased runoff will continue this week along the eastern
slopes of the Southern Sierra in Inyo County...

Unregulated flows in creeks along the eastern Sierra Slopes of
Inyo County will continue to run above normal through much of the
week as the region will continue to experience above normal
temperatures. There looks to slight decrease in flows heading
into the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend as slightly cooler
temperatures are forecast.

Creeks and other waterways will stay running fast with very cold
water. Extra caution should be exercised as hypothermia could set
in fast with just a short time spent in the water.

Local areas adjacent to a few creeks may experience some minor
flooding as water spreads across pastureland or farmland.
