* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST
* FLOOD STAGE IS 8.0 FEET
* THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 8.7 FEET BY TOMORROW EVENING. THE RIVER
  WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
AT 8.0 FEET, SOME MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS WILL OCCUR.
