.DISCUSSION...A NEARLY STATIONARY FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL REMAIN
DRAPED ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA THROUGH TONIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE
CENTERED OVER THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST WILL DROP SOUTHEAST OVER
THE OFFSHORE WESTERN ATLANTIC TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY.

A WEAK AND MOIST LOW-LEVEL AIRFLOW WILL PROMOTE POOR DISPERSION
THIS EVENING THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING...WITH AREAS OF FOG
ONCE AGAIN DEVELOPING OVERNIGHT.

SURFACE WINDS TUESDAY WILL BE FROM THE SOUTH-SOUTHEAST LESS
THAN 5 MPH AFTER DAYBREAK...THEN BECOME SOUTHWEST ON THE
BACKSIDE OF THE HIGH PRESSURE AROUND 10 MPH BY AFTERNOON.
TRANSPORT WINDS WILL ALSO BECOME SOUTHWEST AROUND 15 MPH.
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL REMAIN RATHER HIGH WITH VALUES
DROPPING TO NEAR 60 PERCENT.
