.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE WEDGE EXTENDING DOWN OVER THE AREA
FROM THE NORTH WILL GRADUALLY ERODE WEDNESDAY MORNING. LIGHT RAIN
WILL TAPER OFF OVERNIGHT WITH DENSE FOG EXPECTED TO FORM EARLY
IN THE MORNING. A WARM FRONT WILL LIFT NORTH DURING THE DAY.
INCREASING SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW ON WEDNESDAY WILL PROVIDE MUCH
WARMER TEMPERATURES AND FAVORABLE MIXING HEIGHTS ABOVE 4000 FT.
BREEZY CONDITIONS EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY WITH SOME GUSTS TO
20 MPH. EVEN WITH THESE WINDS...MINIMUM RH VALUES ARE EXPECTED
TO BE 40 TO 50 PERCENT TOMORROW...ABOVE CRITICAL RH VALUES.
