.DISCUSSION...A weak frontal boundary across the area will
combine with a moist and unstable atmosphere...allowing
scattered to numerous thunderstorms to develop this afternoon
and evening. Weak high pressure and slightly drier air is expected
Thursday...so only isolated showers and thunderstorms are forecast.

Transport winds will be easterly 10 mph or less today with minimum
Relative Humidities 50 to 60 percent. Patchy fog can be expected
late tonight.

For Thursday, transport winds will be southerly 5 to 10 mph with
minimum Relative Humidities 45 to 50 percent.
