Fire Weather Planning Forecast For NE Kansas/NW Missouri
National Weather Service Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO
426 AM CDT Sun Oct 22 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Light NW winds will keep fire weather concerns at bay for at least
Sunday, however dry air will move in and winds will pick up by
Monday. Expect RH values to be in the upper 20 to middle 30
percent range with winds in the 10 to 20 mph range with gusts
approaching 30 mph. Fuels are still rather green, which may limit
ignition, but weather conditions will be conducive for rapid
spread should any fire ignite.
