.DISCUSSION...AN APPROACHING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL BRING
WIDESPREAD RAINFALL TO EASTERN KENTUCKY EARLY THIS MORNING.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE AT TIMES. THE RAIN WILL
TAPER OFF FROM SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST...AND SHOULD BE OUT OF THE
AREA BY THIS AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO BE WELL
ABOVE AVERAGE TODAY...WITH HIGHS IN THE LOW TO MID 60S. ANOTHER
ROUND OF RAIN IS EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE
POSSIBLE SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY. THE UNUSUAL WARMTH WILL
