.DISCUSSION...
A warming and drying trend will begin on Friday and continue through
the weekend with the return of above normal temperatures.  On Saturday
minimum RH will fall below 15% for most of the area but there has
been recent precipitation.  With winds increasing Saturday elevated fire
weather conditions will be possible.
