.DISCUSSION...Dry and hot weather will continue today with inland
temperatures 15 to 25 degrees above normal. Wednesday will be quite
a bit cooler with increasing west to northwest winds. It will be
particularly dry and breezy in Lake and Modoc Counties. There will
be a slight chance of thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon in Northern
California, with an emphasis on the word slight. The cooling trend
with higher humidities will continue into Friday.
