WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN END THIS EVENING.
EXPECT GUSTY NORTHWEST BREEZES EAST OF THE CASCADES THIS
AFTERNOON. TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING, THE COLDEST AIR MASS
SO FAR THIS SEASON WILL SETTLE IN OVER THE AREA AS THE ATMOSPHERE
STABILIZES. A WARM FRONT WILL ARRIVE LATER WEDNESDAY AND MOVE
THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY. THIS WILL BRING RAIN AT THE
COAST WITH SNOW, SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN, CHANGING TO RAIN
INLAND. SNOW LEVELS RISE ABOVE ALL BUT THE HIGHEST PEAKS THURSDAY
AFTERNOON. UNSETTLED WEATHER WILL CONTINUE FRIDAY INTO THE
