.DISCUSSION...

Wet ground and high RH values will mitigate any fire weather
concerns over the next couple of days, however it will be windy
Monday and Tuesday. Southerly gusts over 20 mph will be likely each
afternoon.

More soaking rain will fall Wednesday into Thursday, and again for
the weekend.
