Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest Arkansas...
Northwest Louisiana...East Texas...and Extreme Southeast Oklahoma
National Weather Service Shreveport LA
523 AM CST Mon Feb 27 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue across much of
the area today. Rain chances should decrease slightly this
evening, but showers are still expected to linger into Tuesday.
More thunderstorms are expected to develop Tuesday afternoon ahead
of a cold front. A few storms could be severe Tuesday afternoon
and into Wednesday. Rain should finally exit the area by Wednesday
evening. Afternoon minimum relative humidity values should remain
above 50 percent today and Tuesday. However, dry air will quickly
move into the region behind the cold front on Wednesday, and
minimum relative humidity values may fall below 30 percent in most
locations west of a line from Lower Toledo Bend to El Dorado, AR.
